Decadent Triple Layer Mud Pie


made with Reduced Fat Pie Crust

Ingredients

2 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1/4 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Keebler® Ready Crust® Reduced Fat Graham Pie Crust
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted*
2 cups fat-free milk
2 packages (4-serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed, divided
Directions

1. In small bowl stir together chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Pour into crust. Press nuts into chocolate mixture.

2. In large bowl beat milk and pudding mix with wire whisk for 2 minutes. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread 1 1/2 cups of pudding mixture over chocolate layer in crust.

3. Whisk half of whipped topping into remaining pudding mixture. Spoon over pudding layer in crust. Spread remaining whipped topping over pie.

4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.

*NOTE: To toast pecans, spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once or twice.
