- Ingredients;
- ¼cup butter (1/2 stick)
- ¾ cup whole milk (or cream)
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 to 8 ounces fresh raspberries
- 9-inch pie or tart dish
Directions;
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the 1/2 stick butter into the pie dish and place in oven just until butter is melted.
- Add milk, eggs, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla extract and melted butter from pie dish to mixer bowl.
- Mix until smooth (just a couple minutes)
- Distribute the raspberries into the buttered pie dish.
- Pour the batter over the berries.
- Place into preheated 400 degree oven.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes just until set in middle and puffed in appearance.
- Heat broiler to high and broil for about 2 minutes until nicely browned.
- Remove from oven.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
