I urge everyone to gave a second look over your EOB or Explanation of Benefits or even your medical bill. It has happened to me twice and my boyfriend (Chris) once. Lucky of us, I am on top of issues like these and was able to correct the problems. Granted I had to apply pressure (nicely) but both billing issues were corrected once I caught the problems. Sadly, I love to handle issues like these because I know I can handle them nicely and get the issue corrected.
