Chris arrived back around 2:30 am ish sore and tired. When I asked how he did, he said "1st place losers" which I took to mean 2nd place. Although knowing Chris, I took that with a grain of salt. Come to discover, his team took 1st. Not a big surprise. I love the trophies they gave out. To read the entire recap with pics go here.
*Side note, it turned out to be a good thing that I didn't attend this race. I was laid up all day Saturday ill. Not a way I wish to spend my Saturday. But had I been at the race it wouldn't of been fun for anyone. Instead around 10 pm ish when I started to feel better I was able to get somethings completed.
