Happy Birthday to Me....

Early. So check out my updated Vue. Oh boy, does it ride smooth now. After Shocks & Struts and a full round of tires, you couldn't/wouldn't believe. I am offering rides around town at $1 each. Please leave your contact information in the comments section and I will be in contact with you to arrange a time. Kidding. All of this work was done at Dobbs. The Shocks & Struts were done at Dobbs in Arnold, MO (not my favorite of Dobbs, but a job well done) The tires and alignment were completed at the Dobbs on Sulpher Springs Rd. (Easily one of my favorite Dobbs. They were willing to work me all types of deals, and they are truly a pleasure/customer service wise, they know cars inside and out hands down and the best part, they are one of the few locations open on a Sunday) And since my Vue is no longer under warranty (ergh!!!) I will be taking it to the latter of the mentioned Dobbs for my future oil changes!! It is worth the short drive to keep my Vue happy. And honestly it is hard to get quality customer service anymore, so I will give my business where I find it. I think the reason I find good customer service so important is because that is the main part of my job. I love the public and making them happy. I would rather provide good customer service and have them spend their (most likely tight budget) with us then head over else where. And in today's market, I feel top customer service is key to sink or swim.
