I am writing in hopes of getting some insight. Ok, so I have been walking now for about 3 wks on an every other day basis, (in the evenings) except I started Tuesday walking every morning while Michael waits for the school bus. I am watching what I eat at lunch, and have cut my portions at dinner. I have lost maybe 2 lbs, but I just don't see it or feel it. What is my deal? I do drink water throughout my day and might have 1 12oz soda at night. Maybe I am being too hard on myself, but I want to lose 10 lbs. HELP!!
