Instructions
- Using a knife or scissors, cut the bacon strips into 3 equal pieces.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around a Lit'l Smokie.
- Place the smokie with the open end down and stack in in a 3 quart or larger crock-pot.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the bacon wrapped Lit'l Smokies between each layer.
- Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- If necessary move the Lil' Smokies around to allow the top layer to cook.
- Switch crock-pot to the WARM setting to keep them warm for serving.
Recipe Notes
For a lower fat version use turkey Lit'l Smokies and turkey bacon!
