CROCK-POT CREAMY SALSA CHICKEN

Instructions
  1. Spray a 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking or use a crock-pot liner if desired.
  2. Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
  4. Pour salsa and cream of mushroom soup (straight from the can) over the chicken and mix everything together to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or 3 to 4 hours on HIGH.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and shred the chicken right in the slow cooker.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
