Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
- 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Pie Crust
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
2. Cut any large strawberries in half. Fold undrained berries into cream cheese mixture. Spread in crust. Freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.
3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
