Grilled Mexican Style Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  • 4 Full Ears of Corn
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Mayonaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 quartered Lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Aluminum Foil
Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly brush each ear of Corn with 1 tbsp Butter and individually wrap in Aluminum Foil.
  3. Cook your Corn for 20–25 minutes, or until soft and tender.
  4. Unwrap Corn and brush with Mayo, then sprinkle with Parmesan, Cilantro, and Salt & Paprika to taste.
  5. Serve with Lime wedges and Enjoy!
