Fresh Cranberry Orange Sauce

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces fresh Cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2/3 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
  • Zest of 1 medium Orange
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over medium high heat. Stir to dissolve the sugar and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring periodically, until all the cranberries burst (about 5 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and allow to fully cool. Note: the sauce will thicken as it cools.
