Crock Pot Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS

• 8tart apples, peeled and sliced
• 1 1⁄4teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1⁄4teaspoon allspice
• 1⁄4teaspoon nutmeg
• 3⁄4cup milk
• 2tablespoons butter, softened
• 3⁄4cup sugar
• 2eggs
• 1teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2cup Bisquick baking mix
• 1cup Bisquick baking mix
• 1⁄3cup brown sugar
• 3tablespoons cold butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Toss the apples in a large bowl with the cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Place in lightly greased crockpot.
2. Combine milk, softened butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and the 1/2 cup Bisquik. Spoon over apples.
3. Combine 1 cup Bisquik and brown sugar. Cut the cold butter into mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the apple mixture.
4. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.
