Saturday, March 26, 2016, is National Spinach Day. There are many delicious ways to enjoy spinach and it is also extremely good for you. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, folate, magnesium, iron, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, and vitamin C.
