Meatball Pizza Sub Casserole


Ingredients:
  • 1 Jar of Ragu Homestyle Sauce Thick & Hearty
  • 1 Can of homestyle refrigerated biscuits
  • Handful of mini pepperonis (to taste)
  • 1 20 oz bag of frozen meatballs
  • 2 Cups of shredded mozzarella
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and place in baking dish.
  3.  Pour 1 ½ cups of Ragu Homestyle Sauce on top of biscuits
  4. Nestle frozen meatballs into the biscuit mixture
  5. Sprinkle a handful of mini pepperonis on top
  6. Cover mixture with remaining sauce
  7. Spread 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese over everything
  8. Bake 40-50 minutes uncovered.
  9. Enjoy with a side salad or vegetable of choice for a well rounded meal.
